At Restoration Warehouse, we strive to supply high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
This includes situations where:
- You ordered the incorrect item.
- You no longer require the product.
- The product is not compatible with your equipment or application.
- You found the product cheaper elsewhere.
- You changed your mind after the order was placed.
Chemicals and Consumables
For safety, quality control and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of:
- Opened chemicals.
- Used chemicals.
- Opened consumables.
- Products with damaged or broken seals.
- Products that cannot be resold as new.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for these products unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Equipment Returns
Equipment may only be considered for return if:
- The item is unused and in brand-new condition.
- The item remains in its original packaging.
- The return is approved by Restoration Warehouse prior to being sent back.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return freight costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product and packaging.
- A description of the issue.
Our team will assess the matter and provide a suitable resolution.
Warranty Claims
Products supplied by Restoration Warehouse are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty where provided.
Warranty claims do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Improper installation or operation.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by incorrect maintenance.
Warranty claims may require inspection, testing and assessment by the manufacturer or Restoration Warehouse before a determination can be made.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
